چکیده
Background. An ischemic stroke has long-term adverse effects on the physical, emotional, and social well-being of survivor, so it is very important to help patient regain independence lost functions as quickly efficiently possible. Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability exercises can restore movement patterns in these patients by simulating central nervous system.
The aim. To compare conventional physiotherapy dynamic neuromuscular stabilization integrated into balance gait with cerebral infarction.
Methods. study included 30 subjects who survived an stroke. Subjects were randomly divided two groups 15 people each for different interventions: Conventional combined stabilization. examined at a baseline after interventions. Patients’ was assessed using Biodex platform, which chosen evaluate fall risk, trunk stability, stability limits sensory organization. Gait parameters (step length step width) affected unaffected leg Zebris FDM-T treadmill.
Results. Both improved patients, well improving results tests postural limits, integration test when testing eyes open stable surface (p<0.05). However, while standing closed (p<0.001), unstable (p<0.001) (p=0.021) only post stabilization.
 Conclusions. significantly patients.

متن کاملDynamic Balance During Gait in Children With Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy Versus Normal Children
Purpose: Cerebral Palsy (CP) can negatively affect dynamic stability in children with spastic diplegic Cerebral Palsy during walking. This condition results in a high risk of falling. There is limited evidence regarding the dynamic stability of children with Cerebral Palsy. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the dynamic stability of children with spastic diplegic Cerebral Palsy, compared to ...
